Olivetti bought the venerable American typewriter manufacturer Underwood in 1959, and shortly thereafter began merging the two product lines  This Model 21 was produced during that merger period. 

Light gray with blue ribbon cover and paper table. Professionally serviced, fresh ink ribbon, user manual. Excellent  condition, everything works. A smooth, easy typer, creates beautiful type. This is a mid-size portable. Original case in excellent condition. Average “sold” price for last 3 months for an  (unrestored) Olivetti-Underwood 21 on eBay is $124.  Current average Etsy listing is $356. My price - $95
